CorporateMall – Independent Business Developer (IBD) Programme 

Terms & Conditions (T&C), Disclosures, Disclaimers & Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction 

 Welcome to CorporateMall. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any associated platforms. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. 

The Independent Business Developer (IBD) Programme at CorporateMall allows individuals to earn commissions by referring qualified business leads. By joining the programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your participation. 

 

  1. Definitions 
  •  IBD: Independent Business Developer- Refers to any individual or business engaging with our services. 
  •  Services: Includes Automation, Digital Marketing, Promotional Products, Warehousing & Logistics, Customised Software Development and Corporate Branding and Merchandising. 
  •  Agreement: Refers to the legally binding relationship between the IBD and the Company.

  •  Automation, Digital Marketing, Promotional Products, Warehousing & Logistics, Customised Software Development and Corporate Branding and Merchandising 

 

  1. Eligibility
  • Participants must be 18 years or older
  • No employment or exclusive commitment is required.
  • CorporateMall reserves the right to approve or reject any applicant at its discretion.

 

  1. Responsibilities of IBDs
  • IBDs must refer to qualified business leads.
  • All promotional efforts must align with CorporateMall’s brand and not mislead potential clients.
  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or unethical marketing will result in termination from the programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. 

 

  1. Payment Terms 

Minimum order requirement for commission eligibility

Independent Business Developer must place a minimum order of R1000 to quality for commission earnings. Orders below this threshold will not be eligible for commission payouts.

 

Commission Structure (based on per month) 

A successful sale is defined as a closed deal where payment has been received from the referred client.  

Tier 1

20+ successful orders

20% commission of sale price excluding VAT

Tier 2

15–19 successful orders

15% commission of sale price excluding VAT

Tier 3

10–14 successful orders

10% commission of sale price excluding VAT

Tier 4

5–9 successful orders

5% commission of sale price excluding VAT

Tier 5

1–4 successful orders

2.5% commission of sale price excluding VAT

 

A standard commission of up to 20% is given on all products, excluding the ones listed below.

Special Offers and Promotions

No special offers are running at the moment

 

Payment Structure 

  • The cut-off date for successful sales lead, is the 15th of each month.
  • Payments are made on the 25th day of each month, provided there has been a qualifying sale before the 15th.
  • If a sale is completed after the 15th, the commission will roll over to the next month’s payment cycle.

Any successful sales processed 24 hours after termination will not be eligible for commission payment  

 

  1. Confidentiality & Data Protection 
  •  Commitment to protecting client data. 
  •  Compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., POPIA, GDPR). 

 

  1. Privacy Policy

8.1 Data Administration 

Corporate Mall may collect the following personal information for IBD registration and payment processing: 

  • Full name
  • Email address  
  • Contact number

Proof of address 

ID number

Proof of banking

 

 

 

8.2 Data Usage & Protection 

  • Your data will only be used for programme-related activities, including payment processing and communication.
  • CorporateMall will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We implement security measures to protect your information, but we are not liable for external data breaches.

8.3 Opt-Out & Account Closure 

  • IBDs may request account termination at any time.
  • Upon termination, all personal data will be removed from our system, except for records legally required for financial compliance.

 

  1. Intellectual Property 
  •  All content, branding, trademarks, and materials provided by CorporateMall are owned by the Company and protected under intellectual property laws. 
  •  Clients are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. 

 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability 
  •  CorporateMall is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 
  •  Clients assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the services provided. 

 

  1. Termination of Services 
  •  CorporateMall reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms. 
  •  Clients may also terminate the agreement by providing written notice as per the specified terms. 
  • IBDs may request account termination within 24 hours.
  • Upon termination, all personal data will be removed from our system, except for records legally required for financial compliance.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution 
  •  Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings are initiated. 
  •  The governing law shall be [Specify Country/State Law]. 

 

  1. Amendments to Terms 
  •  The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. 
  •  Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15.1 Income Disclaimer 

  • The IBD Programme offers the opportunity to earn based on successful referrals. 
  • Individual earnings may vary depending on effort and results. 
  • Corporate Mall supports your success but encourages realistic income expectations. 

15.2 No Employment Relationship 

  • This programme is for independent contractors, not employees.
  • No benefits, taxes, or additional compensations are provided.
  • IBDs are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on their earnings.

 

 

15.3 Compliance & Ethical Marketing 

  • IBDs must comply with all local laws, regulations, and advertising policies.
  • False advertising, spam marketing, or deceptive sales tactics are strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of ethical guidelines may result in legal action and removal from the programme.
